The complainant advised his son was suspended and will possibly be expelled for the incident but was not the aggressor. The complainant stated he requested video from the school but was refused. Officers spoke with the school SRO about the
complainant. The SRO stated that the incident was documented, investigated, and there was no assault. Per the SRO, the complainant was advised several times of the procedures for obtaining video. No further police action at this time. (LR/PK)

Officers spoke with the complainant who stated that she received a protection order against her ex-husband yesterday (5-1-2024) and today (5-2-24) the male has called her several times and left messages on her voicemail. The complainant advised that she does not know if the protection order has been served. Officers attempted contact with the ex-husband at his listed address and attempted to call him, both with negative results. (LR) Caller filed a protection order against ex-husband yesterday and he is continuously calling and threatening her. Afraid he may show up at her work.

Caller is not on scene to the house. An individual was on scene with a felony warrant out of CCSO. BG transported the individual down to county. The individual’s bag was taken for safekeeping after multiple attempts to try and give it to a responsible person.

Caller advising his children’s stepdad pulled a gun on his children and pushed his daughter. Mother of the children was on scene upon officers’ arrival. Mother advised that her oldest son and daughter had a verbal altercation with her husband (stepdad). She stated they informed her that he was upset over their attitudes for not listening to him. She stated they told her he had his gun on him and was holding it by his side but never pointed it at them. The son and daughter never told their mother about any physical pushing. The mother just wanted her husband to leave for the night which he did after gathering clothes. The mother advised that she and the children’s father have a good relationship and they will handle any further action as her husband seems to be the main issue. The caller never arrived on scene and was still in Euclid as officers cleared. (JGS)

See CAD 2024107720 for all info. Due to TAC issues all info was typed and reported there. (JGS) Caller was assaulted. Small cut on forehead. Unsure if she wants EMS at this time. Fight occurred approximately 11 pm. Female suspect, possibly named Keela. Caller says female suspect flashed a gun from her purse. Caller says she’s unsure why the fight started. Officers on a follow-up at the Tavern on Broadway. Complainant states she was assaulted outside the bar by a female acquaintance. She states the acquaintance ran up to her while she was picking up food and struck her in the face and pushed her to the ground. A braid was ripped from her head during the incident. Officers initially responded for a disturbance but nobody would say what had occurred, including the complainant of the alleged assault. Her injuries were documented and she was given a statement form to complete. Officers spoke with the acquaintance who stated she was not at all involved in the incident. Officers were unable to get security footage from the
Tavern on Broadway to confirm what happened. The complainant for this incident reported it after getting home from the bar, so officers were also unable to verify what happened with any independent witnesses. The complainant wishes to pursue assault charges against the acquaintance. She was advised this matter will be turned over to the prosecutor for a ruling on charges. (NK)

The complainant called to report unauthorized use. The complainant stated a 2012 Jeep Compass was rented on 2/26/2024 to an individual while work was performed on her vehicle. The complainant stated they have contacted the individual but she has not returned the vehicle. The complainant does not know if a demand letter has been sent out. An officer checked local cameras for the vehicle using the license plate provided by the complainant. There are multiple hits of the license plate returning to a Chevy. The individual was contacted and a phone message was left for her to contact the PD regarding the rental car. AD will follow up. (AD) On
05/07/2024, an officer contacted the complainant and advised the license plate does not match the vehicle the complainant provided. The complainant stated he was made aware a different vehicle, the Chevy Impala, was given to the individual to drive due to mechanical issues with the Jeep. The complainant stated he will provide information on the Chevy that was rented to the individual when he gets it. (AD) Manager called to report the rental vehicle has not been returned, 2015 Jeep Compass.
