Dr. Raymond A. Keller, a.k.a. “Cosmic Ray,” is a world-recognized authority on the mysteries of the planet Venus and author of 15 international awards-winning books dealing with the connections of Venus to various paranormal phenomena and close encounters with UFOs. He is scheduled to speak at the Spirit Apotheosis at 691 Broadway Avenue in Bedford on Saturday, 6 June at 2 p.m.
Dr. Keller, the Venus historian who works closely with Omnec Onec, the Ambassador from Venus, will introduce his most recent book, Autobiography of a Venusian: Book 1 – Child of the Stars, published by Discus Books in Germany, at the Spirit Apotheosis, where he will discuss the 41 characteristics of Star Seeds incarnated on Earth and how one can discover their personal celestial links to other planets. The book is also available on amazon.com.
Dr. Keller now serves as a UFO history consultant for Lon Strickler’s phantomsandmonsters.com, and has been researching and writing about UFOs since 1967. He writes a column on Lon’s paranormal website, out of McSherrystown, Pennsylvania.
Dr. Keller grew up in Bedford, Ohio and was the feature editor of the Bedford High School Fourth Estate school newspaper. He also wrote a regular column on UFOs in his hometown newspaper, the Bedford Times-Register, and published a newsletter, the Flying Saucer Report from 1967 to 1972, when he enlisted in the U.S. Navy and became the feature editor of the Miramar Naval Air Station Jet Journal in California.

Mentoring with the prominent Cleveland UFO investigator Earl J. Neff (1902-1993), he gained significant attention in the UFO community over fifty-nine years ago when an article appeared about him in the National Enquirer. Dr. Keller also exchanged publications and information with all of the editors of prominent UFO periodicals during this time, most notably Gray Barker (1925-1984) and the staff of the Saucerian Press in Clarksburg, West Virginia. All of Cosmic Ray’s books contain significant information about the legacy of UFO encounters around the world.
A now retired professor, Dr. Keller received his Ph.D. in History from West Virginia University (WVU) at Morgantown in 2011. He also received his Master’s Degree from WVU in 2004 in Spanish, with an emphasis on magical realism in Latin American literature.
