The caller’s sister broke the caller’s car windows yesterday. The caller is just now leaving the hospital from a fight. An officer spoke to the victim, and she advised that the vehicle was not there. It possibly happened in Cleveland.

Officers spoke to the male complainant over the phone. He stated that a potential customer came to the dealership to purchase a vehicle. He alleged that “when she heard something she didn’t like” in regards to the vehicle purchase, she became highly agitated and made threats to have “her family come up there.” Officers spoke to the highly uncooperative female over the phone, as well. She stated that the complainant “physically assaulted” her, and that she would be coming to the station to file a police report. She admitted to officers that she said she would have the men of her family come to the dealership. She also mentioned video footage of the altercation that she posted to social media. She mentioned that the dealership management was aware of the situation and “will handle it.” She was advised of trespassing and told not to return to the dealership. Officers then tried to gather more information about the alleged assault, but the female just began yelling, cursing, and hung up the phone. Officers did check the history for this female and found a very similar call from 2018 where this female made threats to her landlord.  Officers then spoke again with the complainant and his sales manager. The complainant stated he took a piece of paper out of the female’s hand, and she was upset with the way that it was grabbed. She then started filming and making claims that he assaulted her and grabbed her. She then made it a point to tell the management company that she has sued a car company before and won. He noted that she wanted “financial compensation” for her trouble. The manager stated there is video footage of the incident, and at no time does his employee touch the female. The manager was advised to call police if she returns to the property, and they are willing to sign charges.

An officer spoke to the male complainant in the lobby who explained he was assaulted at work by his manager. The male stated the manager was upset because he gave his brother an employee discount on getting his car fixed. The complainant stated he was walking away from the manager when the manager pushed him into the wall. This is where a mutual fight began until they were separated by other employees. The complainant wanted the issue documented and was going to follow up through his corporate office at work. The officer did not observe any physical injuries. The complainant stated his lower left leg was hurting since the fight.

A female loaned her vehicle to her sister two days ago, and now her sister is refusing to return it. The sister states that she is holding on to the vehicle for safe keeping at the request of her aunt, the complainant’s legal guardian. The sister was advised to return the keys to the aunt to alleviate any future problems which she said she would. No further police involvement at this time.

A female is reporting a male will not leave her alone in the house. The female was told several times to go outside. Guns are kept in the home but are not involved in the incident. The female then said that she took 300 mg of horse tranquilizer. The female is outside and walking down the street. Sirens will make her run. The female is voluntarily going to the hospital by EMS. Officers spoke to the female who stated her mother is “an undercover agent and is coming after her.” The female states she did not take horse tranquilizers; she just calls her meds that because they put her to sleep. The female admitted that there was no disturbance and only called the police so she could get a ride home. The female was voluntarily transported to hospital by EMS for evaluation. Checks OK.

The male says his nephew is tearing up the house. The male sounds highly intoxicated. Officers spoke to both parties who stated there was a mutual physical altercation over a female being kicked out of the residence. Both parties were highly intoxicated and did not wish to pursue charges. One male voluntarily left the residence for the night to keep the peace.

Officers spoke to the male who stated he looked outside and saw that his window was smashed out. He is not sure when or who could have caused the damage, and nothing was taken from the vehicle.

Officers spoke to the caller who stated his vehicle was struck in the parking lot. Information on the suspected vehicle indicated the vehicle was a truck from Maple Heights. Officers went to that address and looked at the suspected vehicle which showed no signs of being in an accident.

The caller is in the lobby to fill out a statement about someone trying to hack into her Internet account. The complainant was contacted by an unidentified male posing to be an employee for Apple informing her that her internet has been hacked. They told her in order for them to clear all of the viruses from the computer, she needed to provide them with her bank credit card information. The complainant gave the suspect her bank account information, which was used to purchase $400 worth of Xbox Live gift cards online. She was advised to close her checking account and provide the report information to her bank. The transactions were still pending, and the bank was notified. There is no loss to the complainant at this time.

A female is being threatened by her ex-boyfriend. The caller would like an officer to escort her into her home. She is afraid to go in because he told her he is in the area. She is waiting down the street in a car. She did not actually see him at this point. Officers stood by while the complainant picked her car up.

Officers responded to the residence for a report of threats. The female stated the male who raped her three weeks ago in Warrensville Heights was on his way to her house and is driving a green van. Upon arrival, officers located the green van leaving the area with its headlights off, and a traffic stop was conducted. The male had a strong odor of alcohol coming from his person, red glassy eyes and heavily slurred speech. The female stated that the male raped her three weeks ago, and that she no longer wants to have communication or have the male present at her residence. The female also advised that she did not pursue charges with Warrensville Heights. The male was advised of trespassing and placed under arrest for OVI. The male was returned to the Bedford Jail without incident.

A caller advised his vehicle was stolen from the lot of the Cee Ray Motel. The male took an unknown female to rent a room. The male fell asleep and when he woke up the female was gone, along with his money, phone and his vehicle. He believes she went to Cleveland. The male was unable to provide any information about the vehicle or prove ownership. He was advised if he finds the information about the vehicle to stop by the station to file a report.

A caller is reporting that her brother is drunk and ran into another car in the driveway on purpose. A second caller says he arrived to get his kid, and his car was rammed. A knife was held to his neck. The caller states the brother has multiple OVIs, and he has owned a gun in the past, but the caller does not know if any weapons are involved. The caller’s 9-year-old is in the house still. The brother told the victim that he was done playing. The brother also called the police and stated that his sister, her boyfriend, and his girlfriend are at this location, and he needs them to leave. The brother sounds intoxicated, and he advised that he wants them out of his house, but advised that they are not in the house at this time because he blocked them with his car. The brother advised that he has had some Covid-19 symptoms, but they are related to being a cancer patient. Police are en route to the jail with male prisoner. Officer requesting a squad for blood pressure check ASAP.

A caller states that his ex-wife told his mother that she was going to go over to the caller’s house and shoot him. This call was about 10-15 minutes ago. The suspect is known to drink very heavily, and the caller states that she has mental issues. The mother is on the line with the female who is claiming to be in Shaker Heights and not en route to the caller’s house. The mother is going to try to calm the female down over the phone.

Officers spoke to the male business owner who stated that sometime between Sept. 5 and today, person(s) unknown threw a small rock through his front window. Officers photographed the damage and checked with the area businesses to see if any video footage was captured. The complainant stated his camera system has not been working properly for several months. None of the businesses around the dojo had footage of the criminal damage. He believes this to be a message, as he has had several odd messages on social media and voicemails left on his phone. The estimated cost to repair the window pane is $1,200. He was provided the report number for insurance and advised to get his surveillance system up and running.

The complainant states that her cousin admitted to her that she used the complainant’s personal information to fraudulently obtain unemployment benefits. The complainant was advised to contact the Ohio Office of Unemployment Insurance Operation to report a fraud.

While at a male’s house in Bedford Heights, a female slashed the tire to his vehicle. After the incident, the two then began to drive in separate cars southbound on Interstate 271. Shortly after passing the Solon bridge, the female got a flat tire and pulled off the to the right side. She then voluntarily got in the backseat of her boyfriend’s truck. They then exited at Forbes Road and began to argue some more. At some point they both threw each other’s phones outside of the vehicle. At this time, according to the male, the female began to look for things in the car to throw out the window. She opened the glove box and located a pistol that was unloaded. The male then grabbed it from her as it belongs to his brother. The female sustained a small scratch on the left side of her neck. Photos were taken. She is not sure when this happened and could not pinpoint a location during all of this disturbance. The male stated that the injury may have occurred when he tried to grab the gun or his phone from her. Both parties were given statement forms to complete and bring to the station to determine if anything happened in Bedford. The male refused to press charges for his tire, and Bedford Heights Police cleared the scene.

The complainant came on station to report a missing gray Apple watch that he ordered on eBay. He received an envelope with a tracking number label and return address of the person that he bought the watch from. When he opened the envelope there were some blank papers inside. He believes the subject used the envelope with the tracking number to make it appear that a package was sent. The complainant paid eBay $280 for the watch. He contacted eBay to let them know about the missing watch. They told him to make a police report.

Officers spoke to the male in the lobby in reference to his property being damaged by his wife. He claimed that she is disassembling, breaking, and selling his items in an attempt to speed up him leaving the property. She claimed that he purposely is taking his time to annoy her and cause her more grief. Officers advised both parties that because they are still married, this is a civil issue. The male has a new residence and is in the process of moving, but due to work and health issues, he’s not getting it done as quickly as she would like. They were both advised to keep the peace and handle things civilly.

A complainant in the lobby states two females that her husband has been cheating on her with have made threats to her via phone. The complainant states that her husband on Sept. 8 asked to use her vehicle, and when she asked where her other vehicle was, he advised her that he had other women. Using her husband’s phone, the complainant obtained one of the female’s phone numbers. The complainant found the address of the female, went to the address in Cleveland and got her car back. The complainant states that the females began calling her from private numbers telling her “you don’t want this smoke,” “don’t bring a knife to a gun fight,” and “we see you at the casino all the time and know what you look like, if we wanted to hurt you, we would have already.” The complainant states she would like this documented and the females contacted and advised not to call her. Officers made contact with one of the females who denies the complainant’s threat claims. She states that the complainant came to her sister’s home on the night of Sept. 9 and took the vehicle and was only angry because her husband was cheating on her. She stated everything is on camera and a report will be filed with Cleveland Police. The complainant called back and stated both females continue to call using blocked numbers. She was advised to keep a log of when the calls are occurring. An officer attempted to contact both females with negative results. Both females then came to the station to talk about this incident. One female claims to have nothing to do with this, other than the other female being her sister. The sister showed her phone, and it had no outgoing calls to the complainant. She did, however, have voicemails left by the complainant yelling at her. All parties were advised to cease contact with each other. The parties stated they would comply with that. No further police action needed at this time.

A caller stated that Kimble Trash Service was picking up recycling and knocked a tree down by backing up into it. As a result, she said her cable went out. The female would like a report so she can contact Kimble. She contacted the service department who stated they will contact Kimble and get the remains of the tree removed.

The complainant stated that he believes his ex-girlfriend and her mother are harassing him through text messages. An officer spoke to the complainant who advised that he received a text message from an unknown number. At this time, it is not known who sent the text. The complainant wants his ex-girlfriend and her mother advised to not contact him. The complainant stated that there is a pending court case in Parma for domestic violence. The complainant advised that he is handling the case himself without an attorney. An officer advised him that he would attempt to find out who sent the message, but would not call his ex or her mother without some proof they sent the text. He was advised he could obtain a copy of the report for court purposes. A written statement was obtained.

A complainant called 696-KIDS on her father who has been beating her. The people from 696-KIDS, who are with her, stated they cannot help her. The caller wishes to leave. The caller is worried her dad will abuse her as soon as the 696-KIDS people leave. Her father is at home right now. He does not abuse drugs/alcohol. No weapons are involved. The caller is a 16-year-old female.  Officers responded to the residence. The juvenile stated that her father physically abuses her by hitting her when no one is around. Officers spoke to the juvenile’s father who stated he has sole custody of the juvenile, and when he does not allow the juvenile to go to her mother’s residence in Cleveland, she contacts CPS or runs away. The juvenile had no signs of physical abuse and no apparent injuries. Officers spoke to the father who stated he does hit his child in order to discipline her but never injures his child. Also, officers spoke to the CPS social worker on the scene who stated he does not have any evidence to remove the child from the home and provided the father with resources to help with caring for the juvenile. At this time, the child agreed to head inside for the evening, and no further police action is required.

The manager at Burger King stated the female called the restaurant and asked when the manager was off work because she was going to come up there. Officers went over to the female’s home in an attempt to talk with her about the phone calls, but she was not home.
