Last night, Mayor Stan Koci, on behalf of the council and city recognized our local first responders for a job well done and a life saved. On February 1st our rescue squad responded to IHOP on Rockside Rd. for a 26 yr. old female (Illisa Clark) passed out. On arrival the female was in full cardiac arrest (no pulse & not breathing). Bedford Fire was able to get a pulse back on the female and get her breathing again. The story was picked up by channel 19 news and the link to the full story is here:
