BUT NOW THE COMPLAINANT WANTS THE VEHICLE BACK. THE GIRLFRIEND
OFFERED TO SIGN OVER HER PAYCHECK TO THE COMPLAINANT, BUT THE
COMPLAINANT REFUSED IT. THE COMPLAINANT WAS ADVISED THERE WOULD

THAT WAS TAKEN BY THE DELIVERY PERSON TO CONFIRM DELIVERY. THE
APPROXIMATE VALUE OF THE ITEM INSIDE WAS $21.43. THE COMPLAINANT
STATED AMAZON HAS ALREADY REMEDIED THE SITUATION AND IS SENDING A

UPON ARRIVAL OFFICERS SPOKE WITH THE COMPLAINANT WHO SAID THAT
HER 28 YO SON WHO HAS MENTAL ISSUES WAS THERE AND GOT UPSET OVER
MONEY. HE STARTED TO THREATEN TO BREAK HER CAR WINDOWS IF SHE DID
NOT GIVE HIM SOME MONEY. THE COMPLAINANT’S YOUNGER 14 YO SON
CAME OUT OF HIS ROOM AND TOLD HIM TO LEAVE. THE ARGUMENT GOT
PHYSICAL WITH A LOT OF PUSHING AND PULLING. THE 28 YO DID STRIKE THE
YOUNGER BROTHER IN THE SIDE OF THE HEAD WITH A OPEN HAND. NO
INJURIES WERE VISIBLE ON THE YOUNGER SON. THE COMPLAINANT’S OLDER
SON LEFT THE AREA BEFORE WE ARRIVED. SHE IS GOING TO WORK WITH THE
CASE WORKER ABOUT NOT BEING THE PAYEE ON HIS MONEY. NO CHARGES
AT THIS TIME.
