As reported by Laura Morrison with FOX 8 News, a car crashed through a home in Bedford Heights late Sunday afternoon, startling the family who was inside at the time. Benjamin Valentine, a resident of the home, recounted the incident to FOX 8 News, saying that the family was playing in the living room, preparing to leave for the park, when they heard screeching tires, followed by a knocking sound through their garage. Moments later, they saw a car careening through their yard and into a levee, as observed through their bay window.
A neighbor’s doorbell camera captured the vehicle rolling through the house on Meadow Lane at around 5 p.m. Fortunately, no one inside the home was injured. However, the driver of the car was taken to the hospital following the crash.
FOX 8 News reached out to Bedford Heights police for further details on the incident.
