Hello Everyone:

This is a revisit to my article regarding “Celebrating Memorial Day.” We must always remember our fallen men and women who fought for this country.

Aside from our war heroes, there are our daily heroes: Police Officers, Firefighters and let’s not forget our Paramedics. Paramedics risk their lives also when responding to emergency calls. They don’t know what they’re going to encounter. So, for our Police Officers, Firefighters and Paramedics, I personally give thanks, much respect and honor to them, because they risk their lives every day to protect, serve and battle fires.

Yes, we all know that sometimes Police Officers can be aggressive, but what aggravates them is when the person doesn’t listen to them, take off running or cause a high-speed chase. So, at this point there’s nothing in place that can change this matter for Police Officers.

Everyone, Police Officers, Firefighters and Paramedics are human and have families too. We need them. They are our true everyday heroes.

“You may never need them, but if you do, they’ll be there. It’s that bedrock
promise of protection that makes our public safety officials the unsung heroes
they are.” — Ajit Pai, FCC Chairman

“Firefighters are some of the most selfless public servants you will ever encounter.” — Denis Leary

“Being a good police officer is one of the most difficult, dangerous, idealistic jobs
in the world.” — Thomas Hauser

Enjoy the summer
