An officer spoke with a male in the lobby who stated that unauthorized transactions were made on his account after eating at Los Gallos restaurant. An initial transaction was made by the male on 10-28-19 at the restaurant, after which unauthorized transactions were made at later dates. The male is still in possession of his credit card. Upon learning of the transactions, the male contacted his bank to report the fraudulent charges and cancel the card. He also spoke with managers of Los Gallos. The male needed a report for reimbursement.

Caller said a male was waving a gun around. He was in a white Chrysler. Officers were unable to locate any matching vehicles. Number came back to a male in Bedford. No answer on call back.

Officers spoke to the complainant in the lobby who stated that he was driving southbound on I-271 (near Forbes Road but he doesn’t really know where) in the right lane. He states that a white Honda (unknown model and registration) side-swiped him while making an unsafe lane change causing minor damage to the left front of his vehicle and paint transfer on the right side of his vehicle from hitting the construction cones. The complainant gave two possible license plates that were not on file.

Officer responded for a report of a scam. The female stated she was contacted by her step-grandson that was “in trouble” in Texas. She stated that her step-grandson was arrested at an unknown department in Texas. The female stated she was then contacted by an officer from the unknown department, who stated that grandson had a $1000 bond. The female purchased several PayPal cards and provided the numbers on the back of the cards to the officer on the phone to bond her grandson out. The officer told the female that she would receive a government check in return as a refund but never received it. The female attempted to call the officer back for further information but the number was not in service. The female just wanted an officer to document this.

The manager was advised by security of a gift card scam today. Male came in and he tricked cashier into a $500 gift card scam. Unsure if he left on foot or car, but they have him on camera, unsure of his name.

Male and female having a verbal argument over property. Boyfriend and girlfriend had an argument. The male was gathering some items to leave for the night. The female is going to her mom’s until the male is gone. The female was advised of the eviction process.

Report of robbery at gunpoint. Male came up to the female in her car with turquoise bandana over his face. Gun was brown in color with long snout. Time lapse was about 5 minutes. Unknown which direction male went. Caller advised that she called her manager prior to calling 9-1-1. Caller advised the male came up to her window while she was putting the deposit into the night deposit and that she kicked the male. Female stated the male took the whole deposit bag.

Female reporting her niece is being verbally unruly. Officers spoke with the caller who stated that her relative, who does live there, was being disrespectful to her this evening and wanted her to be removed from the home. Caller was advised of the eviction process.

An officer responded to the residence for a report of harassment. The female complainant stated her ex-boyfriend moved out of the residence due to a break-up and now the male is following her and harassing her. The female stated she noticed the male following her at Gasway and at Giant Eagle earlier this evening. The male has also been texting her, but the complainant was unable to show the officer the texts due to already deleting them. The officer spoke with the male who stated he did see the complainant at Giant Eagle and Gasway but this was unintentional and he did not say anything to the complainant. The male also stated he did not call or text the female today and that she was calling him. The officer advised the male of trespassing and both parties were advised of telecommunication harassment. Checks OK at this time.

Employee reporting someone smashed the windshield of his girlfriend’s vehicle. He stated it happened sometime in the past half hour but did not see who did it. Complainant states she has had no problems with anyone and believes that the damage was done randomly. Officers spoke with the owner of Depompei’s who states he has no cameras on the outside of the business but has had issues earlier in the day with a group of juveniles.

Caller states a female is walking around banging on doors and appears to be disoriented. The female is wearing a beige coat with a scarf on her head. Officers spoke to the female who stated she took an Uber ride to meet back up with her friend. The female stated that she forgot where he lived and knocked on the wrong door. The female was EWW out of North Olmsted and transported and turned over to their police department without incident. Officers found one needle in the female’s possession that was disposed of and white tissue with a trace amount of an unknown substance that was added to property to be destroyed.

Male is in the police lobby to discuss keeping someone off his property. Officer spoke to male of ongoing issues with a male coming to his brother’s house which he has power of attorney over.

Male with dementia attempted to leave the facility and nurses had to bring him back. Nurses explained he has been acting differently lately and advised for him to get checked out at the hospital. Male was transported via EMS to the hospital.

Caller hears a lot of arguing between a male and female and bumping down the hallway. Caller did not see anything. Caller states this happens often. It is unknown who they are or what apartment they live in. They are now outside of the building. Additional caller is advising that the female got something out of her trunk- it was long, and looked like a rod and now she can’t see them. Caller states they are parked towards the church end of the building and is advising that the officer is with the correct female now. The female was advised about disturbing the peace. This is an ongoing issue with the female and a resident. Officers responded to the listed address and spoke with the female involved. She stated that she was having issues with the listed male again. She was advised not to return to the residence.

Third-party caller said she received a call from her husband advising that their 18-year-old niece is in the front yard causing a scene and disturbing the peace. Niece is there to confront the caller and is upset the caller is not there. Husband is on scene. Dispatch attempting callback with husband. Officer advised to see if Oakwood Police could assist. Dispatch made contact with the male on the scene whom advised niece was sitting on the porch and throwing furniture off their porch. Female left in a dark-colored car. Oakwood Village is sending one unit. Caller was very calm and rational with the female while on the line with dispatch, at which time the caller advised the female began throwing things off their porch. Oakwood Village advised to disregard. The male will come to the station later to make a statement. Officer spoke with niece who admitted to being on the property because she was there to collect $50 that her aunt owes her. When she was told her aunt was not at the house she became enraged and threw the glass patio table from the porch onto the sidewalk breaking the glass top. She then threw a patio chair onto the front lawn and left the area. The complainant was told to come to the station to complete a statement should he wish to pursue the matter.

Female in a black hoodie is standing by a car yelling and slamming the doors of the vehicle. There is a small child in the passenger seat. Female just took child and put her in the back seat.  Per the caller, she has been outside for two hours. She was also honking the horn. Vehicle has tinted windows and no license plate in the front. A male just went to the car. He is in a green hoodie. Both just got into the vehicle. The vehicle is still parked with the headlights on. Officer spoke to registration owner, who stated they were having a little argument. Checks OK.
