A raccoon is stuck on a fence or something, and the animal is screaming. Caller requests not to speak with officers. He has been trying to sleep but has been unable to do so because of the noise. The raccoon was freed from fence after officers arrived.

Officer out with bicyclist. Advised of riding in the middle of the street with no safety lights.

Officer advised that there is a large group of kids in the area of Berwyn Drive and Northfield Road.

Caller wants to report child abuse that she witnessed.

Caller states there is some type of arguing going on between a male and female under the gazebo at the playground at Glendale School. Caller did not see anything physical. They were just yelling at each other. No one there when officers arrived.

Caller reporting they hear a female screaming outside that someone has a gun. At this time, the caller cannot see anyone outside. Caller cannot hear anything now. The yelling was coming from the direction of the VFW. Oakwood K9 en route. Checks OK.

Location: Warrensville Center Road
Report per RTA police stating that they received a call from a male stating that he was stabbed by another male at the bus stop. The male with the stab wound is 38 years old. Currently unknown where the wound is, but the victim is conscious, alert and breathing. RTA police is en route. The suspect is an older male, and he is headed south by Focus Academy. K9 requested from Bedford. Now checking Applegate. K9 now responding for a track for an armed suspect. Suspect is a 45-years-old male. He cut victim with a box cutter. Bedford K9 responding to scene. K9 tracking behind Popeyes heading south. Suspect located at Sunoco at Warrensville Center Road and Rockside Road. Male in custody. Victim EWW with Bedford Police Department. K9 doing article search for weapon. Two witnesses were spoken with at the RTA station. Unit en route to Marymount to follow up.

Resident would like to see an officer to report finding a bullet hole in his garage door. He suspects it happened sometime on Thursday.

Female is in the lobby to make a report. She states she hit a pothole that caused damage to her vehicle on Forbes Road in front of Circle K.

Caller states he believes his 42-year-old nephew had overdosed, possibly on heroin. He advised units to go to back of the apartments. Male is cold to touch, and it is not beneficial to do CPR. County OD task force contacted. Coroner is on the scene.

Caller advised there is a white or silver station wagon driving up and down Wandle Avenue. The vehicle was seen driving up three different driveways on the street. Caller last saw the car heading to Warrensville Center Road. Caller saw the vehicle about 10 minutes ago. Vehicle gone upon arrival of officers.

Caller reporting the vehicle from previous complaint is back on the street. A blue SUV or station wagon was pulling into peoples’ driveways. It is now parked on the road near caller’s home. Is still occupied. At least three people in car. Car was driven by the owner’s son who was turning around. Checks OK.

Caller in the lobby of the police department. A 23-year-old left the house without mom knowing. She hasn’t gone home yet, but caller believes there will be trouble when she gets there, and she wants to make a report about it

Female in the lobby of the police department reporting that she took her car in for service, and when she returned to pick it up, her privacy screen was ripped out of the car.

Anonymous caller says a male got out of a Toyota pickup truck and exchanged drugs with someone at this house. The caller wouldn’t provide any further information other than a license plate that returns to a different kind of vehicle. Checked OK.

Caller says son is punching holes in the wall. Mother is in the process of evicting him. Suspect has a Rocky River warrant. No weapons involved. Suspect called admitting he made a hole in the wall. He was angry that his mom wanted him to mow the lawn, and he wanted to go the the bathroom first.

Caller says sometime overnight someone broke into her car and stole $20 that she knows of. There’s no damage to her car.

Male says her brother has the music up too loud. Then he said that his brother is drinking and that he owns guns. They are downstairs locked away. Officer spoke with both subjects involved, and music was turned down.

At the Rib Fest, a squad is needed behind the depot for someone who was in a fight. Patient denied transport.

Officer out with a male who was possibly trying to break into a business. Checks OK. Other units can disregard. This male works at the business.

Caller advised there was a male that was yelling at a female and calling her names at the corner of Franklin and Broadway. Caller unable to provide any description. She stated she wanted to get away quickly and didn’t look. Upon officer arrival, there was no one in the area. The area was clear.

Caller can hear loud music coming from a vehicle. No description of the vehicle. Caller advised it would be in front of one of the first few houses when you turn onto the street. Driver advised of the complaint and turned the music down.

Customer was refused a sale. He tried to use a stolen credit card. Officer out talking to a male at Center Road and Eldred Avenue matching the previous description. Store wants him advised not to return. Male did not use a stolen card. He was advised of trespass and was sent on his way.

Customer is refusing to leave. Female is wearing tan glasses and a rose colored shirt. She is standing in front of the counter. She dropped all of her stuff all over the floor. No weapons involved. Unknown if alcohol is involved. Female escorted off of the property.

Location: Northfield Road (Cleveland Jewelry Exchange)
While on patrol, officer radioed dispatch of a possible dispute between a male and a female who were arguing in front of Cleveland Jewelry Exchange. Another officer spoke to the parties, and they stated they came to the store to sell their rings and found the store closed. The female stated that she had three rings in her top left jacket pocket. She stated that when she removed the rings to put them on her fingers, she dropped one of the rings in her lap. She was unable to find the ring and believes that the male took her ring when she dropped it. The male stated that he did not take the female’s ring, and that he had a ring that he brought on his right hand pinky finger. The male had a warrant with the Shaker Police Department and the Solon Police Department. Solon confirmed the warrant and advised that they could meet at the Solon Club Apartments in Oakwood. Solon took custody of the male and was advised of the incident. They will advise if they locate another ring on the male.

Anonymous caller advising there is loud music coming from the skateboard park. Two separate groups of people located with several vehicles, but no loud music was playing.

Caller states that her husband keeps putting his hands on her and refuses to leave. Male can be heard yelling in the background. No weapons, alcohol or drugs are involved. No injuries reported. Male is leaving now on foot.

Caller states mail is not being delivered to his home from Fingerhut. The caller said he updated Fingerhut. The Bedford post is already aware of this incident. The total value of the theft is approximately $600. The items were delivered on May 21.

Caller reporting theft of a license plate sometime overnight. The person reporting is not the registered owner of the vehicle. He stated he would have the owner come to the station to complete the necessary paperwork to have the plate entered.

Caller stated juveniles broke into a vacant house, and they left all of the windows open. Caller went over there and the juveniles ran away. Two juveniles jumped the fence onto Best Street. The suspects are males, about 13 years old. The back door has been kicked in. Resident is willing to speak with officers.

An employee from Cleveland Jewelry Exchange would like to speak to the police about a suspicious male that came in to his store. He has the male’s ID and credit card. Male no longer on scene.

Caller states that a young female was sitting on the curb of the street on Forbes Road in-between I271 and Route 8 with a large male. Caller says it looked unusual. Officers report nothing fitting the description on Forbes, but there are juveniles on Henry Street. They all are within the same age. All checks OK.

Transferred from Bedford Heights. Passenger is holding baby in lap. Two males in the vehicle. Heading north Northfield Road. Officers unable to locate vehicle.

Possible drug deal reported. Two females in a white vehicle and one male in a green vehicle. Caller advised the females drove around the building twice. Caller does not recognize the females, but advises the male has been here in the past doing something along these lines. Parties have been sitting in lot for about 10 minutes or so. Caller has not seen any transaction. Mother of juvenile on scene.

Location: Ellenwood Avenue (Recreation Center)
Caller states there are about three people fighting by the recreation center, and there are about 15 juveniles altogether. No weapons seen. The fight is occurring in the second parking lot. Female says a Chevy just turned down Kenyon Avenue towards Grand Boulevard. She does not know how this vehicle is involved. As officers arrived, kids scattered in every direction.

Caller is 12-years-old and stated a phone was stolen from his house. The caller’s phone was breaking up and additional information was not able to be obtained. A call back to the number stated that is was not dialable. Officer advised that it was a male wearing a black leather jacket that stole the phone.
