A woman reported that someone had been using her identity to pick up weight-loss medication from Walgreens. She showed officers multiple dates when the medication had been picked up, most recently March 31, and said she had not picked it up because she was no longer taking the medication. Pharmacy staff reported that a woman had used the drive-thru to obtain the medication but no longer had camera footage. Staff advised they would identify anyone picking up medication under her name in the future. Officers advised the woman to change her login information and contact police if other forms of her identification were used.

During a follow-up the next day, the employee again declined to pursue charges or have the woman trespassed and said he only wanted reimbursement for the unpaid services.
