The captivating courtship and marriage of James and Lucretia Garfield will be brought to life in a first-person portrayal by Debbie Weinkamer at the upcoming Bedford Historical Society Speaker Series event.

Titled “Portrait of a 19th Century Marriage,” this engaging presentation offers a unique glimpse into the lives of the Garfields, presented by Weinkamer in the persona of First Lady Lucretia R. Garfield.
