The Bedford Downtown Alliance, a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting and improving downtown’s business vitality, announces the launch of their annual First Friday events starting May 7.
First Friday’s provide extended shopping hours, food, music, games, raffles, and giveaways for all attendees. Events take place in Bedford’s historic downtown district between Columbus Road and Bedford Commons the first Fridays of each month from May through October from 6 pm. to 8 p.m.
First Friday Kickoff Party
When: Friday, May 7 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.
Where: Veterans Park in Bedford’s Historic Downtown District
Join your community for an evening of fun with activities for all ages including:
• Extended shopping hours for participating stores
• Food
– $1 pizza slices at The Tomato Co.
– Miss Sharon’s Food Truck
• 3 Raffle tables
– Enter to win 3 raffle baskets (donated by Bedford business’s)
– Winners will be announced at 7:30pm

– The first 25 groups and/or households to check in will receive a First Friday mug created by Koppel Advertising.
