A mother advised her 19-year-old daughter is having trouble breathing after being punched in her side by her brother. There was a mutual fight between the brother and the sister. The male party left prior to officer arrival. The squad assisted the female who refused transport to the hospital. The female did not want to pursue any charges. Information is on file.

The male and female were both under the influence of narcotics. The male was throwing items out of the home because he was upset with his wife. Once again, the wife was advised on marital property. The male was also advised of his full extradition warrant with the county.

The caller was just in a domestic violence incident in Bainbridge at Dick’s Sporting Goods. The other female is now following the caller’s Uber on Solon Road heading home. She advised the female assaulted her while at work, and she was trying to get away. She advised that Bainbridge Police told her to go home and to call the police if the female followed. The female got out of her car while the caller was still in the Uber. They were yelling and screaming at each other. The caller advised her mother is outside yelling at the female as well. The caller advised the car left in an unknown direction on Solon Road.

The caller had items stolen out of her car. Officers spoke to the female who stated on 10-1-23 at approximately 0200 hours, person(s) unknown stole multiple items from her unlocked vehicle in the parking lot. She states they stole her work phone, personal phone, work laptop and some clothes. She states she does not know an approximate value of what was taken but will find that out at a later time for officers. The female just wants a report on file for insurance purposes.

The caller reporting the male that threatened to shoot up her house just drove past in a black SUV. There are two males in the vehicle. She saw the weapons. There was no direction of travel reported. The caller was in her driveway. The caller stated she was threatened on FaceTime and believes the male might shoot at her house. She called the male and during their conversation, and he did not make any direct threats. She will leave for the night and call if the harassment continues.

A female came to the police station lobby to report her purse went missing from her shopping cart at Giant Eagle. Items in the missing purse include bank debit cards, house keys and wallet. The purse is a brown Louis Vuitton valued at $2,000. The wallet is also a Louis Vuitton valued at $800. She is meeting with the Giant Eagle management in the morning to review the video. She will update the police if there is any follow up needed. She was able to cancel her cards before any unauthorized purchases were made.

The caller states that her 16-year-old son is being irate and is damaging property. There are guns in the caller’s bedroom, but they are locked up. There has been no drinking or drug use. He has not gotten physical with the caller, but he is known to get physical. The male is currently in his bedroom in the attic. The male is walking out the front door now. He is on Lincoln going towards Columbus Road. An officer is out with the juvenile. The officer advised the juvenile is on his way to school. Officers spoke with the mother who states her juvenile son was irate and she currently just wanted him out. Officers observed the male on his way into school. The mother said everything was good for the time being as she would be speaking with his probation officer today.

The caller reported that CFS is on scene and they are trying to take her son to another location and he is refusing to leave. Her son is making threats to her husband and trying to be physical with her husband.  There are weapons inside the home, but they are locked. An officer advised the husband is leaving for the night. The juvenile is going to stay in his room until his brother comes to pick him up.

Officers responded to a Mapleton Ave. address for a disturbance. The listed caller advised two males and a female had walked down and threatened to beat her up. She also stated there was a physical fight between the listed male and one of the males that walked down. The two males and the female left prior to officers’ arrival. The caller did not want any charges; she just did not want them to return. She was advised to call back if they come back. The area was checked but the subjects were unable to be located.

The caller had a dispute with her child’s father. He put his hands on her, but she is declining a squad. She said he choked her and smacked her around and busted the window to her house. She is at a neighbor’s house now using her neighbor’s phone as he broke her phone. The male is in the house. Officers called the male and let him know an officer was at the door for him. The police made contact with the male, and he agreed to leave the residence and is going to work.

The caller needs a report for an assault that occurred yesterday. The victim is an employee and is on site as well. They also advised they have video footage. Upon arrival, an officer met with the Audi customer service rep who advised that on 10-3-23, the used vehicle sales manager from Ganley Dodge and a technician came to their service department in reference to a vehicle from a Ganley customer. The Ganley people advised that they needed to get something out of the vehicle and requested the Audi rep to assist them. While walking to the vehicle, the Ganley employee stated that the Audi rep was making comments and was on his case. The tech stated that he was upset about the behavior and that was when he got into the face of the Audi rep. The officer advised the service tech not to respond to any requests to go to the Audi dealership. The service director was also advised and will comply with Audi’s wishes. No further action is required at this time.

The caller, who is at the station, reported a former acquaintance continues to call her and show up at her apartment building. The female advised that the male claims that she is having people follow him. The complainant stated the male keeps contacting her and showing up at her apartment and she would like his behavior to stop. She was advised to call the police if the male showed up at her residence again. She was also advised to not attempt to contact him or answer any of his calls. She was given info on obtaining civil protection orders. An attempt was made to contact the male, but the number given was non operational.

The female called back and stated it is a domestic violence situation. No EMS is needed, but she needs the police. The male put his hands on her and is still at the house. The female is waiting upstairs. The male stated that the female is trying to send him to jail, and she is the aggressor. He said the female tried to grab his private parts and scratch them. The male was placed under arrest for domestic violence. The officer stated the male was kicking at the windows in the cruiser. They advise Solon to have some officers standing by.

During the arrest and transport of a male suspect, the male kicked the cruiser door while inside the rear seat. The male caused damage to the door and door frame of the cruiser. Photos of the damage were placed in the report.

The caller walks her daughter to the bus stop every morning. Every morning, there’s an intoxicated female walking down the center of the road — she has short brown hair, about 5’6″, over 200 pounds and no front teeth. She goes well out of her way to approach children going to the bus stop. The caller says she’s a nuisance and shouldn’t be trusted near kids, so she hopes police can do something about her being out and intoxicated early in the morning. An officer advised a female matching that description is on McKinley Avenue and yelling in the road. The area was checked, but the female was not located.

The caller is in the lobby to make a fraud report.  The male advised his business landscaping job was paid for by a check of $2,400. The check returned with insufficient funds. The male was advised to have a certified letter sent out and return to police if payment is still not given.

Officers spoke with a male in the lobby who states his 89-year-old father has been harassing him concerning $130,000 stolen from the father approximately 23 years ago. The complainant states he observed his father on Ring camera leaving a note on his vehicle demanding $5,000. The male advised that the father has done this several times over the years, and the male has been mostly ignoring it. The male provided the note from his father but did not want to pursue charges due to no threats on the note, just the constant demand for money. The male’s main concern was that over the past several weeks, he has been getting texts from unknown numbers threatening to harm him for allegedly stealing the money. The male advised that he knows this is obviously not his father due to different slang terminologies in the text, and believes it to be another family member or child of a family member who is currently serving life in prison. The male advised that the texts were from a person claiming to be a member of the Heartless Felons and that the Heartless Felons had received an order to kill him. All three numbers return to “text-now”. Officers made contact with the father who was very agitated, constantly bringing up that his $130,000.00 was stolen and that everyone in the family knows his son has something to do with it. Officers were not able to obtain any other info from the father. The male would like all information documented.

Officers spoke with the complainant in the lobby who states that at an unknown time between 10-5-2023 and 10-7-2023, unknown persons made entry into her vehicle, tossed her items around, and removed a small amount of paper bills. The complainant did not observe any damage to her vehicle and believes her doors to have possibly been left unlocked but is unsure. The apartment building and surrounding buildings have no cameras to observe where she was parked.

The caller is an employee stating that another employee is threatening to fight her. The caller stated that the female called her family members up there and the family members just left. The female caller would be waiting in the lobby of the restaurant. The female is a manager in training. Another employee became angered at a customer and then angered at her. The caller stated the female had to be held back as she was trying to fight her. Management stated they will handle issues of working together internally. The female caller wanted the incident documented. There was no other identifying info for the angered employee except her name.

Officers spoke to the female who stated the male was intoxicated and came to the house because it was his daughter’s birthday. She states the male sat inside his car on the street the entire time and did not flash a gun or make specific threats. While on the scene, the male called the female and she was advised to block his number. She states she will call back if the male returns.

The resident states that someone is ordering items and sending packages to her address and then an unknown person is coming to pick up the items from her porch. The caller stated she left a note and advised the person to stop sending packages to her home. The caller would like to speak with an officer. An officer spoke to the female. The caller called Amazon to advise them to stop delivery to her address and a note was placed on her door advising “Return to Sender.”

Someone claiming to be with CEI came to the caller’s house. The caller showed them his tablet with his info, and he wants to make sure nothing is compromised. The caller stated, a person in a CEI shirt and wearing a CEI employee badge knocked on his door and told him he needed to speak with him regarding a refund. In order to get the refund, the employee said the complainant needed to show him his electric bill and provide the last four numbers of his Social Security Number. At that point, the caller believed he was being scammed and the CEI employee left. When the suspect left, the caller followed the vehicle until it came to a stop and parked in the parking lot of Lounge 2.28. The complainant then took a picture of the license plate in case the incident was a scam.

The caller states that the neighbor just came to their address and threw iron at their patio door and then repeatedly kicked their patio door. The male was upset due to a disturbance that occurred between this male and his girlfriend about a month ago. The male appeared to be intoxicated. He went back into his apartment. The caller doesn’t know his name.

The caller advised that there is a U-Haul truck that just put a male inside the back of the U-Haul and closed the door. Bedford Heights police were advised.
