After she was thrown to the ground, the male told her to “clean this up b—-” as he lifted her up and slammed her to the ground again. She then told the male that she was going to call the police if he touched her one more time. The male then walked away and those were the last words spoken between the two. The female then moved out on 3/5/22 but was unable to retrieve all of her belongings. Ever since then, the female has been attempting to reach the male via phone call and text because she desperately needs her tote of summer clothes, but he does not answer. The female then stated and made it a point that she was not going to pursue charges for domestic violence if she was able to get the remaining of her belongings. As of today, the female cannot reach the male and she now wants him to be charged with domestic violence. A written statement was completed and forwarded to the prosecutor for a ruling.
