Caller states that someone was just knocking on her window. She says all she could see was a white shirt. Unknown if it was male or female. Suspect was gone when officers arrived.

Caller stated there is a white sports car and a silver sedan that are in the back lot that don’t belong there. There is a bunch of males getting in and out of the cars. Caller can see flashing lights going on and off inside the vehicles.

Caller states stepfather is attacking her mother. The male is intoxicated. Caller is a child and states that her mother is now in her sister’s room trying to calm down. After that, the phone disconnected. Officers spoke with both parties. The female and kids will be leaving for the night.

Caller states that she is visiting her sister from out of state, and that her sister and her sister’s boyfriend are getting into a physical altercation. They are hitting each other, and they are in the basement. The male owns a hunting knife, which is in the house, but he does not have it on him. The female in the argument stated she let the male move back in about a week ago, and they just can’t get along. Today, they got into a mutual push/shove physical altercation after a verbal dispute. There were no injuries and officers were unable to determine a primary physical aggressor. Neither wanted to pursue the matter and the male was waiting in the basement until his ride showed up. Everything checks okay and it is quiet at this time.

Caller states that she was attempting to go to the Emerald ATM when she saw a male in a trunk of a vehicle. The male then started walking down Northfield Road towards Columbus Road. The male has a mask and some type of helmet on. He also has something in his hands. He is wearing a backpack. Male is now walking down Berwyn Drive. The trunk is still open in the vehicle that he was getting into, and it is located in the Lounge 2.28 Bar & Grill parking lot. The vehicle is a tan colored. Officers checked the area and no male matching the description was located. Spoke with the owner of vehicle and no one exited his vehicle. He was in fact pulling something out of the trunk of his vehicle.

Male walking through the backyards. Male was last seen on Corkhill Road wearing a black hoodie, black pants with a stripe and white tennis shoes. Caller has a photo of the male. Caller is willing to speak with officers and show them the photo.

Location: Broadway Avenue and Powers Road
Caller states she was just hit by a a female that has been stalking her. Caller is in a Hyundai and the car that hit her is a Kia. She states that the suspect is now on Broadway Avenue and heading into Maple Heights. Caller stated that the officers need to do something about this or she was going to beat this female up. Female en route to police department.

Caller states that her boyfriend just showed up and grabbed her and threatened her. He grabbed her arms and shoulders and was shaking her. She does not need an ambulance. The male is intoxicated and is sitting in his vehicle. Caller is in her vehicle. Male just pulled onto Tarbell Avenue. Female states that the male has a CCW. Male was stopped and said he just wanted to leave for the night and requested to get his phone from the female. She said she did not have it and asked that officers get the keys from the male. She stated that her boyfriend came over tonight and started to argue with her. He then grabbed her and shook her by the arms. She said the male moved out of the residence two weeks ago. She did not want to pursue any charges. The male was advised of trespassing. He was told to get an escort to come and get a vehicle that was left at the residence.

Monday, May 13 reports

Caller reports receiving a call from her ex-boyfriend stating that he was going to shoot the house up. The caller has two kids inside and the male lives in Garfield Heights. The male and his friend left in an SUV. Caller advises that she didn’t see any guns on his person, however he is “bad.”

Two people fighting down the street. Also, a vehicle is driving around in a yard behind the house, and it is going back and forth from back to front. Caller also heard a loud noise, possibly gunshots or someone beating on the vehicle. University Hospital’s police were contacted for property damage the female caused to their lawn.

Caller states an elderly male pushed her. She is a waiting at the front desk. She doesn’t know where he is inside the library now.

Tuesday, May 14 reports

Location: Broadway Avenue
Caller says a car in the parking lot matches the description of the car that struck two children exiting their school bus in Willowick. It’s a red car with a temp tag and rust on the bottom panels. OIC advised / no response necessary because the Willowick Police Department sent out a “cancel attempt to locate” at 5 p.m.

Caller believes someone may have gone into her apartment. She has clothing missing, and her toilet seat has been shifted from how she placed it.

Wednesday, May 15 reports

Location: Best Street
Thirty-year-old overdosing. Male is breathing, but he is gargling. Caller went to the store for 15 minutes and came home to the male being passed out. He tried to wake him but cannot.

Location: Industry Drive (Ioppolo Concrete Corporation)
Employee refusing to leave. He is yelling and screaming. Unknown if there are any weapons. The employee is in the shop. Officers arrived and spoke to both parties. Employee agreed to leave and let the dust settle.

Code: Unwanted Guest
Location: Industry Drive (Ioppolo Concrete Corporation)
Employee won’t leave. He wants his paycheck but it won’t be ready until 3 p.m. He is yelling and screaming. He was just fired. No weapons are involved. Caller is employer/owner. OIC advised. Employee reports he is having an argument over money with his boss. His boss kicked him out of the building. Caller is outside of the building and reports nothing physical at this time but believes it may escalate. They are separate at this time. Employee was told his paycheck will be mailed to him. He was also advised against trespassing.

Middle-aged male is flying a sophisticated, high-end drone in the back parking lot off of Taylor Road. Male arrived in a black Jeep. Caller asked him to get off his property, and male seems to be complying by calling the drone back in. Still, caller thinks this is suspicious. Caller also states this male is trespassing. Subject was gong upon police arrival.

Male in the police lobby. He states that a female who assaulted him in Garfield Heights is claiming that she is at his house. Male states that she is harassing him and he has changed his number. Officers went to Nordham Drive and were unable to locate her when they arrived.

Caller says a teen-aged female wearing black hooded jacket claims she needs a ride to school because she has been abducted in the past and the male is in the area. Caller does not feel she should drive her to school. Child is at the door. Caller said she has come to her door a few times asking to use phone. Teen is a 15-year-old female resident of Bedford. Unit will transport juvenile to the high school.

Female’s car was broken into overnight while parked in the driveway. Her purse was stolen, and there’s no damage to her car.

Male on Talbot Drive watching a male possibly breaking into the garage. The male broke a garage window and was climbing in and out. He took a lawnmower. The male can no longer see him. Officers arrived and reported the garage is clear. Message left for the homeowner to call dispatch.

Caller reports a 25-30-year-old male is going through the apartment building saying he wanted to drop off a package from the mail lady. Caller said the mail lady would not give anyone a package. Advised the male is wearing a white t-shirt and a brown baseball cap. Male was gone upon arrival of officers. They spoke to other residents, and no one else saw the male

Security Monitor got a call from a female resident who says her boyfriend is throwing clothing out of the door and it is possibly physical. The security person does not have any more information and is not currently on scene – he only took the phone call. The male and female residents had a domestic argument. The female packed her belongings, gave her key to the male and left. The male stated she has no additional property at the residence. Officers advised both parties to keep the peace.

Caller states that her temporary tag was stolen off her vehicle. Caller advises that the vehicle is in her driveway.

Husband and son fighting. Caller said there is a gun. Caller advised her husband has a gun in a holster on his person. The son screamed in the background that the gun was put in his face. There was lots of yelling. Mom is arguing with her son trying to get him outside. Caller advised that the father went outside. Unknown if he still has the gun on him. The son is still in the house in his bedroom.

Male with hoody near school who took off running. Have a unit check area and ID if found. Male checks OK – early release due to prom

Male advised he was supposed to pick up his child from daycare today (on Broadway Avenue). Male stated his child was already pick up by her mother, who is refusing to answer his phone call. Male advised he has custody of the child today per their court paperwork. Caller is a resident of Cleveland.

Male pointing a gun. Headed south down Northfield Road. Auxiliary got flagged down with the same complaint. Officer has vehicle stopped. Owner gave consent to search the car. Oakwood Police Department responding since this started in their city.

Caller states that her niece tore down a door in her house. She says that the niece is upset over the fact that she kicked her out today.

Two males wearing hoodies are near the back of entrance of 856 and looking in vehicles. Caller saw them about five minutes ago. Officers saw males behind the building. Area will be monitored.

Saturday, May 18 reports

Male walking around with no pants on near the side door of the cafe. Spoke to social worker caring for the subject. They will handle the situation.

Caller on scene with his dump truck that was parked at the business. It has been stripped he neds to file a report

Time: 6:21 p.m.

Location: W. Glendale Street
Caller states her landlord is coming into her house. Her landlord is her mother. Caller is outside and the mother is inside the house. Caller was advised it’s a civil matter, and they were both advised about disorderly conduct. Caller ripped up the eviction notice that was just given to her in front of the officers. Female called back later. She wants a 30-day notice and not a 24-hour notice. Officers advised they will not be responding back as caller was given the 24-hour notice and she ripped it up in front of officers. Caller advised that her mother put her hands on her and she wants officers to come back. Caller is requesting a squad; she is feeling dizzy from the head injury. The mother has been down in the basement texting her other daughter. She has been in her room the entire time. She has a hard time going up and down the stairs

Kids in the street screaming and fighting. No weapons seen. Approximately 10-20 kids are involved. They have now moved to where the caller cannot see them from her window. She states neighbors a couple doors down were having a party and the kids appear to be pre-adolescent aged. The parents are on scene and all is call calmed down. Officer is transporting two juvenile females and one juvenile male to Maple Heights.

Two males assaulting a female at McDonald’s. They got out of a white Cadillac. The vehicle doesn’t have a rear plate. They were pushing her up against the glass of the restaurant. Pushing her head into the glass. A few of the McDonald’s workers attempted to get him to stop. Caller does not see see any weapons and is only passing by. Primary aggressor running behind Dunkin Donuts. Male is now in the bathroom of Dunkin Donuts. Bedford requested mutual aid.

Disturbance occurring behind Giant Eagle in the Wolf’s Cove Apartments. Caller can hear a male punching a dumpster in the back. Male was wearing black shirt and black shorts. Caller can hear a male and female arguing also.
