Patrol came across a female fight. The fight was broken up.

While on the bus on the south side of the school, two female students had a physical altercation. The fight was reported to school security and stopped by the same security.

Several students fighting at the school. Requesting additional officers. Suspect female turned over to SRO.

Caller reports white van with no front or back plates circling the area. Officer checked the area.

Caller says Black Sedan at Pump 9 occupied by older man watching people come in and out writing down what looks like license plates. He was there for a while not pumping gas. Caller wants someone to check the area to make sure he is gone or not up to anything. Caller then left. Unable to locate (UTL) suspect. He was gone on arrival (GOA).

Caller states that three females are about to fight — no weapons involved.  Officers spoke with both parties at the scene. They had a verbal disagreement and nothing physical occurred between the females. One of the females was already in the process of leaving when officers arrived and stated she would not be back for the rest of the evening.

Caller’s girlfriend at residence and will not leave.  No weapons or intoxication involved. Caller trying to separate himself from the female but she can be heard yelling in the background. Officers spoke with both parties on the scene who are having some relationship issues.  The male is the apartment owner and the female does not live with him there. The female left voluntarily and stated she would not return for the rest of the evening.

Officer is out with male who was looking into cars.  All checks out. Male was just looking as he might be purchasing.

Female caller thinks someone is in her home. Her lights are on downstairs and there is a plate in front of her garage. No one lives with the caller. She does not hear or see anyone. No weapons inside the home. Caller is in her bedroom. Officer searched the home and everything checked OK.

Caller states she has observed a Dodge occupied by a male with dreadlocks. She states the van has been in the area following her daughter to school and following her in her daily travels.  The caller states there have been two different men driving the van. The male yesterday, parked in the lot of the old Big and Little. The vehicle returns to a transportation company out of Euclid.  The complainant and her daughter stated the men have never approached or talked to them but seem to follow them. The complainant was advised to call the police if the vehicle returned and officers would respond and take appropriate actions.

The caller reports his car was broken into last night. He doesn’t think they took anything but they broke the driver’s side window. The complainant stated his window was broken after 11:30 p.m. on May 30. The complainant said that on his way home last night from Maple Heights he felt like two silver vehicles followed him home. Photos were taken of the damage to his car.

Caller states his female friend won’t leave the property.  She has damaged some of his property. She is sitting in the car on the street. Just left; might be back. No weapons in the house. She doesn’t have any that he knows of. Officers arrived and spoke with the complainant who said that his ex-girlfriend keeps sending packages to his home so that she has a reason to come over.  He said the relationship has been over for some time. The officer spoke with her by cellphone. She was uncooperative and would not stop yelling that she lives in the home. Officers checked the home for clothing for a woman and a small child. There were no signs that she and her daughter lived in the home. There were a few pieces of mail.  It seems that she is trying to make it appear that she lives in the home. She yelled on the phone that he is going to have to “evict me.” She was advised by phone not to return to the home.

The complainant cashed a check at John’s Deli for $600. Several hours after cashing the check, the issuer of the check showed up to the complainant’s house to give him the $600 in cash instead of cashing the check, because the checking account had insufficient funds. The complainant did not take the money and instead told the issuer to give it to John’s Deli. As of the time of this report, John’s Deli has not been repaid the money.

Officers spoke to the female who stated unknown person(s) has been hacking her key fob at night, breaking into her car and leaving oil on the armrest and seat.  Complainant also states that the suspected person(s) is breaking into her car sitting in her driver’s seat and leaving in the morning before she gets up. She states that she is tired of being bullied and wants to have a police report on file just in case it happens again.

Male with white bandana and Red/Blue sailor hat in the business verbally arguing with the employees. There was a verbal argument between the owner and a male looking to get braids in his hair. The owner did not want the customer in the store. The male was advised not to return.

Caller states 18-year-old daughter is tearing up her house. She put a hole in the wall and threw paint on the floor.  Daughter left prior to police arrival.

Manager is ready to close and leave but there is a male sitting in a white sedan and has been there for a while.  Not sure what he is up to. Unable to see the male to get a description. Officers arrived. Everything checked out OK.

Caller states his uncle’s house, which is vacant, may have someone in the garage.  There is a light on inside. Officer responded and located man in the garage. He was taken into custody and issued a summons for trespassing and disorderly conduct.

Resident heard a female screaming “Stop it,” and then the caller looked outside and three people started running towards Warrensville Center.  Caller could not give any description of the people. Caller states that they were running into people’s yards. Officers checked Ennis and Center Road.

In the parking lot of what was the Zoom Detail Shop is a car running with windows fogged up. Car checked — just vehicle with lights on.

Called in by FedEx driver. Male was sleeping in a car and driver was concerned that he didn’t wake up when he drove by because his truck is so loud.  Officers checked — male was taking a nap in front of his house.

Caller states there is a vehicle on a property on this street that has not moved in three years. He states that no one lives there but people are in and out of the house at all hours of the day.  He states the door is left unlocked and his neighbors have witnessed juveniles going in and out of it. He states this is his first time calling. The house was checked and a a warning notice for junk motor vehicle was left.  An officer spoke with a neighbor who stated the house has been vacant for two to three months. The neighbor stated that she has not noticed any unusual behavior in or around the residence. The house was secure at the time. The garage is falling in. The grass is overgrown and there is a foul odor of animal urine on the property. Information forwarded to the building department.

Officers spoke to the complainant who stated in the last week his previous tenant moved out of the home and may have taken a refrigerator, stove and microwave with him. The male stated that he let his friend stay at the address off the books and got into a verbal argument with him. He then stated that communication with him and his friend stopped and his friend moved out of the house, and that’s when he noticed his appliances missing. He does not think anyone broke into the home. The complainant is also unable to provide any receipts, serial numbers, or make and models of the items that were taken. Officers attempted to call the previous tenant with no answer and a full voice mailbox.

Caller advised an employee was assaulted with a beer bottle by a patron. No EMS at this time. Customer does have a history at the business. The victim does not want to press charges. The business wants the male advised of trespassing.  He was advised of the above.

Male said he and his girlfriend were assaulted at Phil’s Convenience Mart.  He also states that an incident occurred in Maples Heights. The male may be intoxicated. The complainant stated he was chased out of the store by a male he got into an altercation with last week in Maple Heights. The complainant was advised to contact police if the male comes around again. The complainant was not injured and there was no damage to the vehicle in question. No video of the incident was available from Phil’s

Officers observed the Vehicles in the lot of Family Dollar and heard what sounded like an airsoft rifle being fired on the south side of the lot. Upon contacting the drivers of the vehicles, they admitted to having a paintball gun. A search of the vehicles produced the weapon as well as a small quantity of marijuana. Suspect was advised for disorderly conduct and released with the gun, which he claimed was his. The listed juvenile was released to his father who arrived on the scene.  The marijuana was collected and placed into property to be disposed.

Saturday, June 2 Reports

The caller requested the police check on a male in gray tank top and blue jeans who she saw in front of her home as she left today. The male was last seen with his hand on a tree in the tree lawn.  She also wanted the police to check her side door. Officer reported the male had been gone on arrival. The door was secure. Caller was updated by cellphone.

Caller stated boyfriend just threw complainant on top of the car and went inside restaurant. Complainant is six months pregnant. Declined squad. Officer stated the dispute was verbal only and it was over $20.00. The complainant will leave for now and male will return to work.

Employee states female was throwing stuff in store and left in a Jeep in an unknown direction. The patron had a temper tantrum over an issue with her change. The situation was taken care of according to the clerk, but the female threw the baskets on the ground. They were advised to call if the female returned and there was an issue.

Caller reporting that the back window to his car is shattered and there is a brick in the back seat. Upon arrival an officer spoke with the roomate of the registered owner of the vehicle. He stated the owner is currently at work.  He stated that sometime after 9 p.m. on Friday, person(s) unknown threw a brick threw the right rear window of the car.

Officer waved down in reference to smoke bombs being set off in area. Subjects were advised.

Caller advised there is a dog at the residence next to his that has been barking all day. No barking when officer arrived.  Unable to locate.

Caller states that he was sitting on his porch and two males pulled up in a car. One of the guys got out and put something down his pants, possible a screwdriver. Another car pulled up and one guy got out. Before they left they were shuffling stuff around in the trunk and all three slowly drove away in the first car.  Caller would like the second car and area checked. Officers found unoccupied. Advised caller to call back if they return.

Loud music reported.  Music was coming from one of the eight vehicles that was leaving. Officer was unable to pinpoint which vehicle.


Sunday, June 3 Reports

Caller can hear male and female fighting and screaming. The male and female were having a verbal argument that started earlier at a funeral. The male left for a while to let things calm down.

Caller advised his daughter is in need of officers’ assistance. She is at the home with her boyfriend and he is refusing to let her leave the home.  Subjects are intoxicated. Caller does not live in town. Complainant advised daughter was able to leave the house. She was picked up by a Lyft driver. Officers spoke to parties on the scene who advised the female in question had already left. The male on the scene was also en route to leave. He stated there was no issue. Another female on the scene informed officers after the male had left he had been preventing the other female from leaving. She was given options to suggest to her friend to avoid any confrontation on the trip back home.

Caller can hear a disturbance behind the apartment building. They are yelling and screaming next to the retirement home. Sounded like they may have been banging on a door earlier. Officer out in front of apartment. Will be transporting male to Warrensville Heights. The argument was between the male and a cousin who lives somewhere in the apartment complex.

Caller advised a male came over and harassed her. The male left the area after saying he was going to damage her car. Caller does not know the male’s name; she only knows him as a drug dealer. Caller sounded very confused. Officers spoke to the caller who was highly intoxicated. She stated a “friend” stopped over to talk about his wife and issues he is having. He then asked her to do drugs with him and when she said no, he got upset and left.  The caller was not able to provide much information on who her friend was. The “friend” made a vague threat about her vehicle as he was leaving.

Dispatch received a call from a female on the line just yelling, “Please come to my house.” Upon arrival, officers found the complainant’s boyfriend sitting in the lobby. He said they got into an argument and she kicked him out. Officers tried to speak with the complainant, but there was not answer at the apartment door. Officers checked the parking lot for her vehicle and found the complainant sitting in the driver’s seat. She was rolling a marijuana cigarette and had a small bag of marijuana next to her sitting on the sear. She was given a summons for drug abuse and released. The boyfriend was sent on his was since there was no domestic violence.

Caller advised there is loud music coming from a vehicle in the driveway nearby. Caller would like the homeowner advised since this is a common occurrence. Officers spoke to the resident and advised them of the complaint. They stated they would do better to keep the music down in the future.

Caller advises he can hear what sounds like a baby crying in the backyard area between his and his neighbor’s house. Officers checked out outside area of surrounding homes. All was quiet and no suspicious activity.

Male would like to report his gun has been stolen. He noticed it missing yesterday.  Advised to go home and get the information on the gun and come back to the police department.

Caller states that near the old Dairy Queen in Bedford there is a male that has a deceased deer in a baby carrier.  Caller then disconnected.

Officers were dispatched to two males fighting in the front yard. Once officers arrived on scene, both parties had since left the area. Officers spoke with the female resident. She advised that the altercation occurred between her ex-husband and ex-boyfriend. She stated the ex-boyfriend continues to come to her home unwarranted, and when asked to leave, he refused to do so and attempted to fight her ex-husband. The complainant did not want any charged pressed at this time.
