The caller’s ex-boyfriend took the caller’s vehicle. They were fighting in the car all the way from downtown. She got out of the vehicle at Sunoco and the male took the car and left. The caller is currently walking home, and she is almost there. The caller is in the parking lot for the apartments, and she sees her vehicle. The caller can see the male sitting on the bench in front of her apartment. She sees him, but he does not see her. The male does not have the vehicle. He only has the keys. A message was left for male to return the key fob.

The complainant called to report fraud on her checking account. The complainant stated she wrote a check to the Bedford Water Department dated 5-28-23 for $56.23. The complainant checked her monthly statement and observed the same check was cashed for $1,950. The complainant contacted her bank to report the incident. A copy of the check was provided to the complainant who stated the date was changed to 6-9-23. The name on the check was also altered and wasn’t in the complainant’s handwriting. A copy of the report was provided to the complainant to send to her bank.  A further investigation will follow.

Someone tried to break into the female caller’s car last night, and she has it on video. The complainant’s video cameras recorded a male entering her driveway and attempting to gain entry to the three vehicles. All of the vehicles were locked, and the suspect walked away without gaining entry to the vehicles or damaging them. The complainant will be sending a copy of the video to the police.

The caller advised her male neighbor came outside and was standing in front of his garage completely nude. The complainant stated she was looking out her front door and was about to have her 7-year-old daughter retrieve the mail, when she observed the male neighbor walking in his driveway. The complainant stated this was the second time she has seen him nude. The first time she observed the male, he was in his backyard. The complainant told her husband who came outside and also observed the male was nude. The complainant requested the incident to be documented. Officers spoke with the male, and he stated he was outside wearing short length shorts but wasn’t nude. He was made aware of the complaint, but again he denied being nude.

The complainant stated that about 2 weeks ago she met a male, whom she only knows by his first name. He was staying at her house on 7-21-23, and when she woke up at 0930 hours, he was gone with her rental car. The complainant stated that she had been in contact with the male who told her his friend would drop the car off at the CVS Warrensville Heights yesterday. She stated that the male texted her today saying that she’s not getting the car back. Other than a first name and a cell number, the complainant has no other information on the male. The female was advised that an attempt would be made to try to contact the subject. She was advised to call back if she obtained any additional useful information.

A 32-year-old male is possibly overdosing. His face is turning purple but he is breathing. He is not alert. Before this happened, he stated he needed to go to rehab. He is breathing. The squad assisted him, and he was able to walk out. He will be transported.

A female claims her roommate was attempting to push her out of the apartment on 7-20-23 after she touched his property. She injured her ankle in the process. The female would like to press charges for assault. She and her roommate have had ongoing issues about the male wanting the female removed from the apartment. The female is also known to injure herself while intoxicated. The female was given a written statement form to complete. Other than a walking boot, there were no injuries to the female. Officers left a message for the male to contact the police to provide a statement. The male provided a written statement that said the injury on the female was old, and that she injured it at work. She has filed a workers comp claim for it. The male states that the female is upset because he is moving out of the apartment, and that the female does not have anywhere to go after he leaves, so she is trying to force him to renew the lease. The female has not provided a statement or the paperwork from the hospital she claims she was at for her injuries. Rr

The caller is the owner of a dealership. The detailer had taken the car, and now the detailer is in jail. The vehicle was parked at the court downtown when the male was arrested. Officers will follow up on 7-25-23 to attempt to locate the vehicle before it is entered. The vehicle was located and the  owner was advised to pick up the vehicle.

The victim reports the suspect used her personal information to rent a vehicle. The suspect then caused damage to the vehicle and now the company is coming after the victim for the money. The suspect was able to get a BMV issued driver’s license using the victims Social Security Number. The suspect has been using the victim’s information to obtain employment and commit numerous thefts from said employers. The suspect was issued a traffic ticket from the Bedford Police Department and also committed a theft offense at Dollar General using the victim’s information. The victim has put a fraud alert on her driver’s license at the BMV, and officers will follow up with Dollar General.

The complainant is reporting her wallet was stolen out of her boyfriend’s vehicle. The complainant stated that she had been out to the vehicle on several occasions and possibly did not lock the vehicle.  She stated that while at work she was hungry and went to the vehicle for her wallet and noticed it missing. A possible entry point was the passenger side door.

He is saying she has to be out of the house, and he is going to cut the lights off and have his cousin jump on her. The female was advised to call if he returned and there was an issue. A Valley View police officer is on the scene. He found an infant walking in the street in a diaper only. The male child is approx 2-3-years-old. The child is pretty angry. A summons was issued.

A female is reporting that a male who stayed at her rental unit may have used her credit card to fraudulently place 25 charges at a pizza store in Bedford between 4-1-23 and 7-7-23. The total in fraudulent charges was $346.09. The female had previously given her credit card info to the male to make purchases for her personally and for the rental. The female believed it to be the male due to him possibly having the info, and that he eats at the pizza place frequently. The female was advised to ask the credit card company if they can obtain any further info.

A male is reporting that he has somewhere around $1,000 missing from his bank account after being in a nursing home for two months. The male stated that his card was locked up in his room, but that the landlord would take it out every month, with his approval, to get rent money. The landlord was assisted in getting the money by another tenant who was previously aware of the male’s pin number when he had helped him in the past. The male did not have any bank account statements with him at the time of reporting the incident. Once those are obtained, further info will be added.

An officer spoke with the complainant who advised his ex-partner came to his apartment and smashed his apartment windows with a rock. An officer spoke with the ex-partner, who advised they weren’t even in the city of Bedford at the time that this occurred. Both parties advised that the ex partner had vacated the residence, however, there are conflicting stories on whether the ex-partners’ belongings are inside or not.

The caller did not know the address or the name of the business where they are. The caller reports someone is stripping her son’s car right now. She is pinging on Industry Road at the end. Son’s vehicle is a white Infinity SUV. The suspects took the front tires off. Two took off on foot into the woods.

The caller’s 18-year-old daughter has been making threats via phone to cut him. An officer spoke to the complainant who stated that his daughter keeps calling him and he wants it to stop. He was given information on obtaining a Civil Protection Order. Contact was made with the daughter, and she was advised not to call her father. The complainant stated that he has to be out by July 31st, and he still has property in the house, but he should be able to move it out when his daughter is not home. He was advised to call if there was an issue.

The caller’s 46-year-old son is having a drug addict attack. He took the caller’s car keys and won’t give them back. The male is known to carry a gun. He crashed his mother’s car this month. The complainant stated her son took her keys but left in his own vehicle. She will call if he returns and there is an issue. She did not have an issue with him taking her keys. She stated he is supposed to go to rehab.

The complainant stated she believes her 14-year-old son took her firearm yesterday. She was attempting to locate her son, his friend and the weapon. She responded to Bearcreek Apartments as she was advised that is where they both were. She went with a friend of her son’s to the apartment. They could not be located. While speaking to the complainant, the mother of the friend arrived. She was upset stating her son was assaulted at Bearcreek by the complainant’s older sons. She was advised to respond to Bedford Heights for the assault report. The complainant then left the scene without completing the missing weapons report.

An officer spoke with the complainant. She advised that an unknown male wearing the listed clothing came onto her porch and took her package containing a $43 shoe rack. The complainant advised that Amazon replaced the package without question. An officer checked the area but was unable to locate a suspect.

The caller states three females got out of a silver sedan, and one urinated in the street. The other passed a bottle of what she thinks is liquor. The vehicle is still running, and the music is still playing loudly. Officers found that the drink they had was a Popeye’s drink, and the women were just standing in the street and not doing anything illegal. They were advised to stand on the sidewalk.

A male advised he was sitting on a bench at the old Target plaza, and he observed a silver vehicle in the lot occupied by three men. He stated it was suspicious and thought they were following him since no businesses are open. An officer checked the area and located a silver vehicle, but it only had one occupant.

A caller states a male walked into the church wearing a ski mask and what seemed like a bulletproof vest. The male entered the church looking to pray with the pastor. He was wearing a black vest and Balaclava mask. It is unknown if the vest was bulletproof. He was positively identified by church employees, and they advised he has been trespassed in the past. No threats were made and they were advised to call the police if he returned.

The caller wants his 18-year-old daughter removed from the home – she has been staying here for two weeks but is not agreeing to the caller’s terms, so he wants her to leave. They are currently separated; she is upstairs in the home. Upon the arrival of officers, both parties were arguing in the driveway. As the officer was speaking with the male, he noticed that he had a cut on his right hand by his thumb and a cut on his index finger. When asked about the cut, he stated that he did not want to pursue any charges and that he was alright. The officer advised that he did not talk about arresting anyone but wanted to know how he was injured. He stated that he did not know how it happened. The officer requested a squad and advised the male of the eviction process. Once the process was explained, the male then stated that he wanted to pursue charges against the female for cutting his hand but could not explain how he was injured. The squad checked the male and advised that he refused transport stating that the cut was minor and that he could care for it himself. The squad applied a bandage to his hand. An officer spoke to the female who advised that her father woke her and her child up this morning and got in her face. She stated that he hit her in the face during the argument. There were no signs of any physical injury to the female’s face. The female stated that her belongings were packed and ready to go, but she did not have a ride to leave. The male refused to provide the female with a ride to another location, and the neighbor from the downstairs apartment did not want to get involved. The male was advised that if he still wanted to pursue charges that he could respond to the station to complete a statement and that it would be forwarded to the prosecutor for a ruling.

Two cars pulled back into the garages. A grey car has been sitting there for about 15 minutes, and a maroon car just pulled up. The caller said this happens quite often. An officer is out with the occupied vehicle in back. While speaking with the occupants, the officer observed marijuana in plain view. A search was conducted and suspected marijuana was located inside the vehicle. The parties involved advised none of them reside at the apartment complex. The parties were advised of the complaint and marijuana possession. The parties then left the area. The suspected marijuana was photographed and entered into property to be destroyed.

Officers responded to the church parking lot for a report of suspicion. The female complainants advised they observed an unknown male standing in between their vehicles in the parking lot. Officers responded and made contact with the complainants, who advised the male was looking into their vehicles and then left in an unknown vehicle. Officers checked the area and were unable to locate the vehicle. Both complainants report no damage to their vehicles. The complainants believe the male was attempting to break into their vehicles. The complainants were advised to attempt to provide surveillance footage of the incident if able. Everything checks OK.

The caller advised she can hear a loud argument coming from a house in the area.  The caller saw a male hit a car with his hands twice. One vehicle has left the area — a dark colored mini van. There are people still yelling at this time. Officers spoke with a couple of males, but they do not need police assistance.

The juvenile and her mother stated a male approached her saying he was a coach and stalks women. They said the male gave the juvenile his Instagram account and walked into a home on Center Road Officers responded there and spoke with the male. He was highly intoxicated and was advised about speaking with underaged females in such a manner.

Officers are out with a suspicious male. They verified the male as the one who is missing from a residence on Button road. Dispatch contacted his mother who is en route to BP to pick him up. The officers are requesting a squad for a mental evaluation. Officers are now canceling the squad, and they will transport the male to his residence. His mother was advised.

The caller said her son was at the house, and she was told to call the police when he arrived home. Officers spoke with the caller and advised her of dispatch calling juvenile detention to see if they would take her son if located. Juvenile detention told dispatch that the warrant is good, but due to it being a theft, they would not take him.
