Hello Everyone
As we age our hair starts to gray. This is due to genetics, smoking, drinking, stress and poor health. For women, we can either embrace the gray hair, color the hair or wear a wig. Some of us mature, aged women want to maintain that youthful look. So, you either embrace your gray hair or resort to coloring the hair or wear a wig. We have choices.
I don’t think men care so much about their hair graying as they age as women do. More and more men are shaving their heads or just go with gray hair as they age. I like a man with gray hair. It gives them that distinguished and wise look.
Embracing your gray hair is a celebration of wisdom, authenticity, and a life fully lived. I’m embracing my gray strands, but I have choices.
“Gray hair is a crown of splendor, it is attained in the way of righteousness.” ~ Proverbs 16:31-33

“The beauty of gray hair is that it demands respect.” ~ Helen Mirren
“It is not by the gray of the hair that one knows the age of the heart.” ~ Edward G. Bulwer-Lytton
