Aspire Greater Cleveland provides free GED/HSE (High School Equivalency) classes at the Cuyahoga County Public Library. Students must attend an orientation session before beginning classes. Balloflex – Seated Chair Fitness Program “Get Fit While You Sit!”

It is an activity that has been carefully designed to provide a fun group interaction using low-impact movements set to music. Fall Prevention Awareness

Every 11 seconds, an older adult is seen in an emergency department for a fall-related injury. Many falls are preventable. Learn the six steps to prevent a fall in this workshop led by Janet Montoya, Manager of the Community Health Advocacy Center at MetroHealth. Participants will also receive a Vial of Life Kit for storing your medical information for emergency responders. Registration Required
