THE SUBJECTS TOOK HIS KEYS, HIS VEHICLE, AND HIS MONEY. THE COMPLAINANT ADVISED THAT HE HAD TWO FIREARMS INSIDE THE VEHICLE. THE INCIDENT HAPPENED APPROXIMATELY 1 HOUR AGO. PTLM. RITTER (JR) AND PTLM. GEIGER (BG) RESPONDED. MISSING VEHICLE IS A 2011 FORD FUSION, OH PC # G106861. ADDENDUM TO SOLEN VEHICLE FORM COMPLETED AND SIGNED. COMPLAINANT WILL CALL BACK WITH INSURANCE INFORMATION AND SERIAL NUMBERS FOR THE FIREARMS. (JR)

 

03/23/18 16:04:09 – THEFT- FRANK GASPARE CAME INTO THE LOBBY TO REPORT HIS MOTHERS PURSE STOLEN YESTERDAY. THE COMPLAINANT REPORTS THAT HIS MOTHER IS UNABLE TO FIND HER PURSE. HE STATES THAT HIS MOTHER HAS MISPLACED HER PURSE BEFORE. THE COMPLAINANT IS CONCERNED BECAUSE A NURSE WAS IN THE HOME YESTERDAY AND DOES NOT KNOW IF SHE MAY HAVE TAKEN IT. THE COMPLAINANT HAS NO EVIDENCE TO PROVE THAT THE NURSE IN QUESTION TOOK THE PURSE. THERE HAS BEEN NO ACTIVITY ON THE CREDIT CARDS SINCE THE PURSE WENT MISSING. HE WAS ADVISED TO MONITOR HIS MOTHER’S ACCOUNTS FOR UNUSUAL ACTIVITY AND TO CONTACT THE PD IF THERE IS.

 

03/24/18 22:13:56 – ASSULT – BIANCA ROGERS CAME INTO THE LOBBY AND STATED SHE WAS INVOLVED IN AN ARGUMENT WITH HER HUSBAND OVER FINANCIAL CONCERNS. SHE STATED THE ARGUMENT BECAME PHYSICAL RESULTING IN A CUT TO HER FINGER AND REDNESS TO HER NECK. SHE DID NOT WANT TO SIGN CHARGES AGAINST HER HUSBAND AT THIS TIME. SHE WAS ADVISED ON HOW TO OBTAIN A CIVIL PROTECTION ORDER. OFFICERS ATTEMPTED TO MAKE CONTACT WITH THE COMPLAINANT’S HUSBAND BUT HE LEFT PRIOR TO OFFICER ARRIVAL. A VOICEMAIL WAS LEFT FOR THE MALE TO CONTACT THE PD. THE MALE PARTY WAS CONTACTED BY PHONE. HE STATED THE COMPLAINANT BECAME UPSET ABOUT AN ITEM HE PURCHASED FOR HIS DAUGHTER AND SHE BEGAN TO YELL AT HIM. HE STATED THE TWO ARGUED AND THE FEMALE STRUCK HIM IN THE FACE. HE STATED HE RESTRAINED HER FROM HITTING HIM AND DENIED CAUSING ANY INJURY TO HER. THE MALE STATED HE HAD MINOR SCRATCHES FROM THE ALTERCATION BUT DID NOT WANT TO PURSUE THE MATTER OR HAVE PICTURES OF HIS INJURIES ADDED TO THE REPORT.

 

03/26/18 18:42:35 – STOLEN VEHICLE – SLAV KHUDYAKOV NORTH COAST AUTO STOLEN AUTO. OFFICERS SPOKE TO THE CALLER IN THE LOBBY WHO STATED THAT SOMEONE TOOK A SILVER BMW OUT OF THE DEALERS PARKING LOT. THE CALLER SAID HE LAST SEEN THE VEHICLE IN THE MONTH OF NOVEMBER, 2017 VIN# WBAPK73549A450151. VEHICLE WILL BE ENTERED INTO LEADS. (BT) VEHICLE HAS BEEN LOCATED, MAPLE HEIGHTS PD TOWED THE VEHICLE TO KELLY’S ON 03-25-18 1318HRS. NORTH COAST AUTO HAS BEEN ADVISED ON THE WHEREABOUTS OF THE VEHICLE.

 

03/31/18 12:43:27 – SHOPLIFTING – CHRIS POWERS / GIANT EAGLE. BLACK MALE GRAY PANTS BLUE JACKET. SHOPLIFTER. THE MALE IS NOW WALKING AROUND THE STORE. — From 03/31/2018 12:48:47 To 03/31/2018 12:48:49 Disp JS — P038 OUT IN THE PARKING LOT WITH TWO MALES MARCELLUS HODGE AND JESSE PRUITT. HODGES WAS IDENTIFIED BY SECURITY AS THE MALE WHO HE OBSERVED SHOPLIFTING. OFFICERS SEARCHED BOTH PARTIES, BUT NOTHING WAS LOCATED ON EITHER OF THEM. PRUITT HAD A RECEIPT FOR ALL THE MERCHANDISE THAT WAS IN THEIR POSSESSION. HODGES WAS ADVISED THAT SECURITY OBSERVED HIM SHOPLIFTING ON ANOTHER OCCASION AND THEY WILL BE REVIEWING THE SURVEILLANCE FOOTAGE OF THE INCIDENT TO DETERMINE IF THEY WILL PURSUE CHARGES. BOTH PARTIES WERE ADVISED OF WHY THEY WERE STOPPED.

 

03/31/18 14:40:24 – THEFT – JEAN A REEVES CAME INTO LOBBY. IN THE LOBBY FEMALE WISHES TO REPORT MISSING PURSE FROM RESIDENCE / NO IDEA WHO WOULD HAVE TAKEN IT / JUST NOTICED IT THIS MORNING. THE COMPLAINANT STATED THAT SHE CAME HOME FROM WORK THIS MORNING AND SET HER DARK BROWN WALLET ON THE COUNTER IN THE KITCHEN AND WENT TO SLEEP AT 0800HRS. THE WALLET CONTAINED HER SSN CARD, MEDICAL MUTUAL INS. CARD, OHIO DL, RED CROSS BLOOD TYPE CARD AND PNC VISA DEBIT CARD. WHEN THE COMPLAINANT WOKE UP AROUND 1415HRS SHE STATED THE WALLET WAS GONE. THE COMPLAINANT STATED THERE WAS NO FORCED ENTRY TO THE HOUSE, HER DOORS WERE LOCKED AND THE ONLY OTHER PERSON WHO HAS A KEY TO THE HOUSE WOULD ABSOLUTELY NOT HAVE TAKEN HER WALLET. SHE WAS ADVISED TO CONTACT PNC BANK REGARDING HER DEBIT CARD AND TO RETRACE HER STEPS FROM THIS MORNING IN THE EVENT THAT THE WALLET WAS JUST MISPLACED.
